art. 43º - General limitation on fundamental and other human rights and freedoms.
(1) In the enjoyment of the rights and freedoms prescribed in this Chapter, no person shall prejudice the fundamental or other human rights and freedoms of others or the public interest.

(2) Public interest under this article shall not permiT -
(a) political persecution;
(b) detention without trial;
(c) any limitation of the enjoyment of the rights and freedoms prescribed by this Chapter beyond what is acceptable and demonstrably justifiable in a free and democratic society, or what is provided in this Constitution.

As sessões, gratuitas, decorrem no TAGV – Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente e na Sala do Carvão da Casa das Caldeiras, edifício da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra. Todos os filmes foram apresentados entre as últimas quatro edições do festival Queer Lisboa.»

Orgulho

A 6ª Marcha LGBT do Porto já tem cartaz e, pela primeira vez na história da Marcha LGBT do Porto, tem um cartaz bonito. Bonito e não só. É cool (adjectivo que condiz com a cidade nos tempos que correm), puxa a atenção de quem passa na rua, e remete-me ao imaginário das noites disco dos eighties - não sei explicar porquê. Daqui a umas semanas as ruas do Porto estarão repletas de cartazes que lhes darão mais estilo, por uma causa nobre.

Acrescento, rematando, que o dito projecto foi desenhado pelo meu ex-namorado, que assim venceu o concurso do cartaz deste ano.

E estou orgulhoso por todas as razões e mais alguma.

Foi um fim de semana de viagem, de álbuns novos no iPod, de horas a caminhar por trilhos de terra batida, de jantaradas com os amigos, de revelações. Em dois anos (and counting) sem uma relação que mereça esse nome, pergunto-me o que vai mal. Suspeito-me frio, arrogante, indeciso, complicado, vago, aos olhos dos outros. Têm razão. Mas, acreditem, a pose não é por indiferença ou arrogância. É por o que ele canta, tal e qual, sem tirar nem pôr.
